Plant and Air Conditioning Engineering Services Limited, trading as PACE Services, were formed in 1971 specialising in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Service Systems and Heating for commercial clients. The company has developed its prestigious client portfolio to include large sporting arenas, schools and major office complexes providing a bespoke engineered package to meet the requirements of any project size. The company is wholly owned by two working directors based at in our prestigious Mitcham based offices. We design and install new air conditioning, mechanical services and control systems. We also refurbish and/or repair existing equipment and systems. In our on-premise workshop we design and manufacturer industry standard Control Panels for all heating and ventilating applications across a wide client base. PACE are accredited Mitsubishi and Trend Systems Integrator installers enabling us to connect into an existing Mitsubishi or Trend site.
