This new legislation affects everyone in England and Wales that owns or occupies a building with a single, or multiple air conditioning system, with a total installed cooling capacity of over 12kW. Our AC inspections are performed by an Energy Assessor (level 4) who has been accredited to inspect Air Conditioning systems by a recognised authority and will be in accordance with CIBSE document TM44. This inspection has the potential to be financially beneficial in the long term, as the detailed advice will help to ensure that your systems run to their full potential and are cost efficient.
