We also specialise in air conditioning maintenance & air conditioning repair striving for cost effectiveness and efficiency as the main focus when we tailor maintenance contracts for our clients. For over twenty years Oakland have been at the forefront of innovation in service and maintenance. We always look closely at environmental concerns but select the lowest asset visit frequencies possible to ensure that your equipment is maintained at the lowest cost possible without compromise to the efficiency of your equipment.
From the first Oakland visit we will asset tag each item of equipment with a uniquely numbered label and produce a full asset list. We then comprehensively track each visit to each asset with our service management software. Full reports detail every asset history providing full compliance with all governing bodies and excelling our ISO14001 requirement.
