MAC has been working with many of the major high street retailors for many years, helping to keep their stores to a comfortable working environment whether it’s winter or summer for a refreshing feeling all year round, our engineers pride themselves on leaving the air-condition as fresh looking as the day it was installed helping to keep your organisation a place of comfort.
In 2010 we committed to reducing the carbon foot print in every aspect of our organisation, as part of this process we invested in a new computer system and new software which in turn mint our engineers no longer needed to complete paper work sheets as this could be done using Personal Digital Assistant (PDA’S) allowing our customers to log, view and track their jobs online at the click of a button.
Our central helpdesk (including our out of hours service) will log and record all planned and reactive calls onto our specialised Grey stone and Click Software this provides a complete track and trace of every job from initial call to final works completion. Our customer service support team will aim to log your job /enquiry and respond immediately with a time and date for our engineers to attend.
