Klimatech was formed in the Spring of 2008 as a small independent company and following expansion moved into new premises at Horsley’s fields in March 2009. Klimatech prides itself on providing a friendly, efficient service to a local customer base, offering very competitive prices and excellent service for all types of refrigeration & air conditioning applications.

All of our air conditioning units are environmentally friendly, using the latest technology for economical energy use. Inverter air source heat pumps offer excellent performance in both heating and cooling with very low running costs offering up to 70% savings over normal systems. Our trained and experienced engineers ensure that all equipment is fitted to the highest specifications and we have a full maintenance service that operates 24 hours a day.

Service & Maintenance
Service:
Klimatech carry out service and repairs on all makes of refrigeration & air conditioning equipment. Service call outs are charged as per our standard schedule of rates, a copy of which is available upon request. Klimatech is a REFCOM registered company, licensed to handle refrigerants and all our engineers are qualified and experienced.
On 4th July 2007 the FGAS regulation became law. This imposes obligations on users/operators of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment containing 3kg or more of F-gases and states that all leaks must be immediately repaired and records/log sheets must be maintained.
Maintenance:
Our preventative maintenance contracts are tailored to ensure that your refrigeration and air conditioning systems are kept running at maximum efficiency. Typically, a maintenance contract is based on two six monthly visits when essential maintenance work would be carried out, key data recorded and your refrigerant log maintained.
As with most types of mechanical equipment, if your refrigeration or air conditioning equipment is not maintained regularly it will fail at some point, probably when needed the most. Ignoring maintenance is a false economy as the system efficiency will drop and lead to increased running costs. All of our maintenance contracts are backed by our 24 hour call out service. As part of your maintenance contract, we will maintain your FGAS record sheets ensuring your company remains fully compliant with current regulations.
