About the Business
ICH has proven itself to be different from many others in that it is maintenance driven and strives to develop long term relationships with its clients. The result of this has been a unique obsession with client care.
Originally ICH began working out of Leeds where its client base rapidly gre throughout West Yorkshire. Through the acquisition of maintenance contracts for blue chip organisations ICH has seen its client base grow to a national coverage. Although this growth has led to ICH being able to provide its services nationwide, the emphasis on managing our business relationships on a regional and indeed individual basis is still paramount. This allows us to provide the kind of customer experience one might expect from a smaller company while furthering our ability to provide excellent tailored maintenance services for each of our customers.
To achieve the aims ICH set out a highly motivated and technically competent human resource.
