About the Business
Essex Mechanical Services are a contractor specialising in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Systems either in new or existing buildings. Our work is primarily in the commercial sector, although a significant proportion is on larger residential properties for individual Clients. We have three main areas of work, supplying pre-designed projects, in-house design from Client's concept brief through to project completion and providing a planned maintenance for Client's existing systems and providing ongoing planned maintenance for projects that we have completed.
Based in Colchester, Essex we are an established company with over 40 years experience in the industry focusing on quality and value for money. We pride ourselves on working in a 'non- contractual' style: Customer Service is our number one priority keeping to quoted prices and avoiding unexpected extra costs.
