CMS was established in the North East of England in 2000 by Neil and Nic Smith, both experienced engineers. We are a family owned business, our HQ and our heart is still in the North East but we have engineering hubs across the UK. Our business has three main teams, our emergency repair service, our planned & preventative maintenance team and a specialist project division.

We provide value for money mechanical and electrical engineering services maintaining central heating, electrical, air conditioning, catering and refrigeration systems and our team of over 100 qualified, uniformed and vetted (DBS) engineers are based at our engineering hubs around the country.
