Climachill believes that professionalism and safety is a top priority and as part of that we are fully qualified and fully insured. As per the FGAS Regulations, it is now a legal requirement that any person installing or maintaining an air conditioning system is a qualified FGAS Engineer, Climachill engineers are Category 1 Qualified FGAS Engineers (the highest level of qualification). This permits us to work on any air conditioning system and provides assurance to clients that the engineers installing or maintaining their system have been adequately trained and are suitably qualified.
Climachill is an NICEIC Approved Contractor and an NICEIC registered Domestic Installer. The NICEIC is the UK’s Consumer Safety Organisation and Independent Regulatory Body for the Electrical Industry. This means our work has been independently checked and approved by the NICEIC. We are capable of ‘self certification’ against design, test and installation within domestic and commercial electrical installations and all of our work is certificated and documented through the NICEIC providing added customer confidence.
Climachill is a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) Accredited Installer, as such we can offer an industry leading 5 years warranty on all new MHI Installations (subject to maintenance contract), we also have accounts with all of the major Air Conditioning manufacturers within the UK, if we diagnose a fault with a major brand air conditioning system then we have access to parts from that manufacturer.

From installation through to ongoing maintenance I have found all at Climachill to be most helpful and efficient in all of my dealings with them. We have had no issues whatsoever with our system that they installed and it has been extremely effective in managing costs both in summer and through the winter whilst keeping us cool and warm respectively.
