In fact, we have several clients, such as Harlan Laboratories who have very demanding HVAC requirements and have been with us for over 20 years. Our clients trust us and we work hard to give them the service they deserve. For example, at Leicester University hospital, because of NHS budget restraints, a lot of old equipment is still in use. They can’t do without it and they need to budget long-term to replace it.
HVAC systems allow the ideal conditions to be maintained in each room within a building. It can even provide different ideal conditions to exist in ‘zones’ within a large open-plan building. It will keep the inside air clean and odourless and the temperature and humidity to a comfortable level for your people and equipment. And it will replenish replenish the oxygen levels. An oxygen level that reduces throughout the day is a common problem in buildings where all the windows remain closed. It’s a major contributor to that drowsy feeling that saps productivity.
